Custom Build
Completed in 2020, we successfully completed the construction of a high-end custom home in Rosslyn Park, collaborating with Mavtect Designs on the building's design. The clients had a clear vision and were actively involved in every aspect of the process, from the initial design through to the final selections. The design brief was to create a luxurious home tailored for a family who loves entertaining. Key design features included a wide hallway designed to complement the timber flooring laid in a herringbone pattern, custom-made steel-framed doors, and veneer joinery throughout, all of which contributed to the home's sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere.

“From our first appointment with Thomas we knew he was going to be our builder. It was clear that he had high standards and had the knowledge and experience required to build a boutique home. Having never built before Thomas came with us to appointments with our Architect and was heavily involved in our design and selections. This meant he literally knew our house better than us! We always knew where we were at with the build and he embraced us pushing the boundaries with some of our design ideas. Nothing was ever out of the question. As you would expect Thomas has a great crew of trades and you can sense the mutual respect they have for each other. Thomas really does treat the build as if it is his own home and this is reflected in his attention to detail and finishes. We couldn’t be happier with our “dream home” and without hesitation would recommend Thomas.”
