How long does a custom home take to build?
Creating a new home from the very beginning can take time, often from 18 to 30 months, but the actual timeline for your build will depend on many, many factors. Early on in our process, we’ll discuss timelines with you, and, as a small, focused team, have many advantages to keep your project on track. Do I need to have plans before I reach out to you?
Absolutely not - we actually prefer to start a relationship with our clients as early as possible in their journey for many reasons. Not only do we find that projects run much more smoothly with a good rapport from the beginning, but we can bring a lot to the table in those early stages of planning and design.
If you do already have plans, that isn’t a problem - we work with clients at any stage in their homebuilding journey and make that experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.

Will you organise my council approval and other points of contact?
Yes, we take a personal, full-attention approach to every project, and will liaise on your behalf to the point of being a single point of contact throughout your entire build if needed. We manage all council approvals, contractors, suppliers and will even join you in design meetings.
Who do you work with on-site and throughout the process?
We’re extremely proud of the relationships we build in our industry and our impact on the communities we work within, so every materials supplier, contractor, and additional participant in your build is a valued long-time collaborator and is entirely trusted. We take the safety and security of your property very seriously and make sure that everyone else does too.
