Prospect

In collaboration with Girardi Designs, this project involved the design and construction of a luxurious two-storey family home in Prospect, completed in 2019. The design brief focused on creating a high-end residence with distinctive architectural features to enhance both functionality and aesthetics. Key elements included expansive high ceilings that contributed to an open and airy atmosphere, a wide entry that offered a grand first impression, and elegant timber floors that added warmth and sophistication throughout the home. Additional features included a double garage for ample vehicle storage, a large outdoor area for relaxation and entertaining, and a dedicated children’s retreat for family enjoyment. This residence ultimately achieved a perfect blend of luxury and practicality for family living.
