We undertook a significant renovation and modern extension of a 1920s bungalow in Kingswood. The project centred around a full restoration and alteration of the existing home, combined with a sleek, contemporary addition to the rear. The client's vision was to create their dream home in a location they loved. To achieve this, we focused on preserving the bungalow's historic exterior while transforming the interior into a modern living space. The contrast between the maintained traditional façade and the updated, modern interior design created a unique blend of old-world charm and contemporary comfort. This approach ensured that the home retained its original character and appeal on the outside, while the interior was reimagined to meet modern living standards and aesthetics. The result was a beautifully integrated home that perfectly matched the clients' aspirations and their ideal living environment.
