Kensington Park

This Hamptons-inspired new home in Kensington Park, designed by Mavtect Designs, seamlessly blended classic charm with modern luxury. We guided the clients through the entire design and selections process to realise their vision. The brief was to create a timeless forever home for a young family, perfect for entertaining and enjoyment all year round. The exterior featured soft grey weatherboard with crisp white accents, complemented by a welcoming front porch. Inside, the open-plan ground floor boasted high ceilings, large windows, and plantation shutters, creating a light and airy atmosphere. The kitchen, with its large island and modern 2pac joinery, and the dining area opened out to a large alfresco space, ideal for outdoor gatherings. The upper floor included three spacious bedrooms, a study, and a children’s retreat, all overlooking a stunning reserve. The master suite featured a walk-in wardrobe and a luxurious ensuite. Coolum Random ashlar stone was selected for the fireplace and extended to the letterbox and rear garden seat. Overall, this home successfully combined elegant design with practical living spaces, providing a perfect setting for family life and entertaining.
