Our Highgate development began with the demolition of the existing dwelling to pave the way for a new, modern home designed to appeal to a diverse range of home buyers. Collaborating with Girardi Designs, our design brief was to maximise the potential of the block size and create a residence that would attract various buyers. The new home featured a spacious, open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area that seamlessly transitioned to an outdoor alfresco space through commercial bifold doors. This design choice enhanced the indoor-outdoor flow, ideal for both everyday living and entertaining. Another feature of the design was the central patio, which played a crucial role in illuminating the dining area, hallway and adjoining master suite, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere throughout the home. The thoughtful layout and contemporary design elements contributed to overwhelming market interest, and the property was successfully sold at auction. This project exemplified our dedication to delivering high-quality, market-ready homes that met the needs and preferences of buyers.
