Extension & Renovation
In 2019, we undertook a renovation and modern addition to the rear of this 1920s bungalow, working closely with Designtech Studio. The project aimed to extend the home to accommodate the client's growing family while respecting the charm of the original structure. The modern addition featured a striking cathedral ceiling with north-facing highlight windows, creating a bright and airy entertaining space that could be enjoyed year-round. This thoughtful design approach ensured the new extension seamlessly complemented the existing bungalow while enhancing its functionality for the family.
