COVID and weather created some tricky problems and they were handled with great patience. Our site was a tricky boundary demo/reno and Thomas’ coordination and communication with the neighbours throughout the project ensured that those aspects went smoothly.
The interaction of Taylored Construction’s contractors and subbies with our on-site trades was handled well and demonstrated Thomas’ attention to his business and our wishes. Issues that arose were dealt with in a timely manner, with none of the angst that may otherwise have been experienced in a difficult renovation merging old sandstone and new Hebel.
